According to religious belief, Shani Dev respects Hanuman ji a lot; therefore, worshipping Hanuman ji also pleases Shani Dev. Reciting Hanuman Chalisa is also a beneficial way to please Shani Dev.
To please Shani Dev on Saturday, one should donate food, clothes, or other essential items to the poor. Black clothes, urad, sesame, iron, and shoes should be donated to the poor on Saturday.
It is believed that Shani Dev loves the Shami tree; therefore, worshipping the Shami tree and offering water to it on Saturday is considered auspicious. This pleases Shani Dev quickly.

To please Shani Dev, one should chant the mantra 'Om Shan Shanaishcharaya Namah.' Apart from this, you can recite 'Om Pram Preem Praum Sah Shanaishcharaya Namah' and 'Om Neelanjanasamabhasam Raviputram Yamagrajam.' The mantra 'Chhayamartanda Sambhootam Tam Namami Shanaishcharam' can also be chanted to please Shani Dev.
